The Durban Chemical Cluster (DCC) presented the awards to Trevor I’Ons (MD of NCS South Africa) and Daniel Souchon (Executive Deputy Chairman of NCS South Africa), both who are on the DCC Exco, for their contribution and commitment to all cluster programmes, and continued and long term support of industrial development in KZN. The award went to Ferro Coating Resins, Ferro Dispersions and NCS Resins (all three previous entities that now makes up NCS South Africa, under one brand and one entity).”

The Durban Chemicals Cluster (DCC) is a public-private partnership (PPP) between the eThekwini Municipality and the chemicals industry in Durban and the surrounding areas. The aim of the cluster is to support the competitiveness and development of the local chemicals manufacturing industry through establishing mutual competitive advantages and helping the industry overcome generic problems.
